• Pets — a well-behaved dog that does not sleep in the bed is welcome in Comfrey cottage. $20/night
• Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out by 11 am.
• Reservations are confirmed by credit card or by deposit of one night’s fee.
• Two-night minimum holidays/high season weekends, recommended at all times.
• If you must cancel, please give us more than 14 days notice. We will refund deposit minus a $25 fee.
• For cancellations within 14 days of the reservation, we will refund deposit minus a $25 dollar fee if the room is rebooked. The full deposit will be charged if the room is not rebooked.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, and cash.
